Return & Exchange Policy
At Savwatch, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery;
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and gift box if included;
- Not customized, engraved, altered, or personalized.
Items that show signs of wear, scratches, impact damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns caused by quality issues, wrong items, or defective products, Savwatch will cover the return shipping cost after verification.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 30 days if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned with complete packaging and accessories.
Exchanges are only supported for the same model and same specification. We currently do not support exchanging for a different model by paying the price difference.
Items damaged by impact, misuse, water ingress, unauthorized disassembly, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item.
Customized or engraved items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.
