Shipping Policy
Savwatch ships orders to selected countries and regions. Our main shipping destination is currently the United States, and we also support shipping to selected destinations in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, South America, and Africa.
Final shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Customized or personalized orders may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, remote areas, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing Express — Urgent Orders, where available.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to all countries or regions. Shipping is only available to selected destinations shown at checkout.
Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery, or may require additional confirmation before shipment.
For U.S. remote areas, separate shipping rates and longer delivery times may apply. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
If your address is located in a remote area, we may contact you before shipment to confirm shipping availability, estimated delivery time, or any additional shipping fees.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For most supported shipping methods, customs clearance and applicable duties or taxes may be handled by the shipping carrier or logistics provider where available.
However, customs policies vary by country and region. Shipping methods, customs clearance arrangements, duty coverage, and tax handling may differ depending on the destination, product value, shipping route, and local customs requirements.
If additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges are imposed by the destination country, local authority, or carrier, the customer may be responsible for paying them unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Savwatch is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, local customs procedures, or changes in customs policies.
To help ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any required customs-related information when requested.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees, reshipping fees, or any related costs.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order.
