Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
For U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 6–9 business days
Express Shipping: 5-8 business days
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
For U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping: $9.99
Expedited Shipping: $19.99
Express Shipping: $79.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas may not be supported, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and other remote areas.
If your address is not supported, we may contact you before shipping.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and with original packaging and accessories.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days for unused and undamaged items.
We currently support exchange for the same model and same specification only.
Return Shipping Cost
For personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
For verified quality issues, wrong items, or defective products, Savwatch will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Personalized items cannot be cancelled once customization has started.
Custom Dial Text
Selected watches support custom dial text.
You may provide a short name, initials, date, or message. We will review whether the text can be applied to the selected watch design.

Back Case Engraving
Selected watches support back case engraving.
You may add a name, date, initials, or short message to the back of the watch.
Please check spelling, capitalization, dates, and spaces carefully before submitting.
Custom Text Rules
Please keep custom text short and clear.
We may not accept offensive words, trademarked brand names, copyrighted logos, emojis, complex symbols, or very long text.
Customized Item Returns
Customized or engraved items are usually not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Payment
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.
Product Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos.
